It is about 1/2 mile east of the intersection of Kipling Avenue and Ralston Road / W 58th Avenue and is very convenient for you if you live or work near:

Your First Visit at Our Arvada Physical Therapy Clinic
Your first visit will usually take up to 60 minutes.
Plan to arrive about 10 minutes early to complete 1-3 pages of paperwork.
Sessions take place in private rooms and are one-on-one with a licensed Physical Therapist or licensed Physical Therapy Assistant.

Get Directions: Make sure you know how to get to our office. This lets you plan for travel time and decreases the stress of going to a new place.

What to Bring With You:
- Wear or bring comfortable clothes (you can change into them when you get here in one of our private rooms or in the rest room)
- Your insurance information – bring your insurance card or your auto accident claim information or your workers compensation paperwork
- Your referral or prescription – bring any paperwork that you got from your doctor
