Here at Arvada Physical Therapy Professionals in Arvada, we accept several different kinds of healthcare plans.

Please look at the list below. Do you have one of these insurance plans? We gladly accept these insurance plans.

Please be aware that while we have included most of the major plans with which we are in-network, this is not an all inclusive list.

How to Check Your Physical Therapy Benefits:

Look at the front of your insurance card — your co-pay or co-insurance amount for a specialist is usually listed there. If it says $0, you may have no co-pay or deductible for specialist visits. If no amount is listed, flip the card over and call the Member Services number.

Have your insurance card ready and ask about your benefits for outpatient physical therapy with a specialist.

Please note that we cannot check deductibles or benefit details for you – insurance companies give the most accurate answers directly to members.

Cash Pay Option Available!

If you do not have health insurance, or you have maxed out your benefits for this year, Arvada Physical Therapy Professionals offers a cash rate of $80.00 per visit (cash or venmo). If you prefer to use to an HSA or similar, or credit card, the rate is $85.00 to account for fees.
