David Berman is the founder of Arvada Physical Therapy Professionals and is a licensed Physical Therapist with over 25 years of clinical experience in outpatient orthopedics.
He specializes in the application and development of highly effective Manual Therapy and Therapeutic Exercise techniques for muscle and joint pain and dysfunction, working with everyone from weekend warriors to professional athletes.
While David has had the privilege of working with athletes from the NFL, NBA, MLB, and PGA, as well as serving as lead Physical Therapist for the Colorado Ballet, the majority of his practice focuses on helping active people reclaim their physical potential and return to the activities they love.
David has lectured across the United States to audiences of healthcare professionals and continues to develop innovative approaches to musculoskeletal rehabilitation and optimization. He understands that whether you’re training for your favorite sports competition or just want to play with your kids or grandchildren pain-free, the principles remain the same.
David is a father of two and lives in Denver, CO. When not in the clinic, he enjoys staying active through resistance training and outdoor pursuits.
